Private Functions

Entertainment / Function Area

We have a private, all whether, entertainment area that is perfect for any function.

* Full BBQ and catering facilities including a wood fired pizza oven.

* Under cover tables and seating for 60 people

* Briefing/debriefing area

* An old fashioned open fireplace

Area is available for after game functions or anytime if you just want a place to have your private function.

Functions

* Venue hire $100 per hour - Entertainment area, BBQ and catering facilities hire.

Free for the first 1.5 hours if you have booked the BBQ or catering with your paintball game.

* Catering $POA We can arrange and provide for most catering requests, however sorry we can not provide alcohol.

* Catering staff $25 per hour per staff member. Minimum 3 hours.

* Open fire $5 per hour, minimum 3 hours. There is nothing like an open fire, however firewood is not cheep. We have to charge if you want us to light the fire.

Wood Fired Oven

It takes 4 hours to preheat the oven before it is ready to use so you will need to preplan.

The oven can be used for pizza or as a traditional oven to cook anything you can cook in a standard oven. The oven is 1 meter round inside and will cook a roast meal for 30 to 40 people.

Wood fired oven $100 (5 hours use, pre heat and cocking)

Extra time $20 per hour.

Venue hire extra.

Includes: firewood and someone to stoke the fire and keep the oven hot.

Charcoal Spit

The spit sits in the fireplace and can cook items up to 1.1 meters long (lamb, small beast, small or med pig).

Cooking time will depend on the item to be cooked. A hole boned and rolled lamb takes 4 to 5 hours depending on how you like it.

Charcoal Spit $100 (1 hour preparation and 4 hours cooking)

Extra time $20 per hour.

Venue hire extra.

Items to be cooked $POA or BYO

Includes: firewood and someone to tend the fire and help with the preparation.

Charcoal Spit & Wood fired Oven Combo

We use the wood fired oven to make the cooking coals for the spit. This heats up the oven so it is hot and ready to cook side dishes veggies ect.

With the spit, oven and gas cook-tops you can cook a full meal for up to 100 people.

Spit & Oven combo $150 (5 hours preparation/cooking time)

Extra time $30 per hour.

Venue hire extra.

Items to be cooked $POA or BYO

Includes: wood fired oven preheat and use, spit, firewood, and someone to tend the fire.
